  6. Subscription Plans: Users can subscribe to our Basic, Premium, or Meteoric plans and make payments through in-app purchases. Meteoric plan offer consultation discounts and enhanced features, and subscriptions can be cancelled at anytime.
  7. Advertising: We show ads in our app using Google AdMob and other advertising services, which may collect certain data for ad targeting.

INTRODUCTION Welcome to Falakino, a mobile application designed to connect users with expert astrologers for horoscope predictions, compatibility insights, numerology readings, and personal consultations. By using Falakino, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using Falakino, you agree to be bound by these terms, which may be updated from time to time without notice. Your continued use of Falakino after such changes will constitute acknowledgment and agreement of the modified terms.

ACCOUNTS AND REGISTRATION

To access certain features of Falakino, you must register for an account using your email and password, or through third-party sign-in services such as Google, or use our anonymous sign-in option. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating or updating your account, including your name, profile picture, and date of birth (required for astrological services).

ASTROLOGICAL DATA

You may provide birth information including date of birth (required), birth time, and birth location to receive accurate astrological readings. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. We do not verify the accuracy of birth data submitted by users.

PRIVACY AND DATA COLLECTION

Wagglor Solution collects device information, such as device type and operating system, to enhance user experience. We use Google Analytics and performance monitoring tools. We may also show ads via Google AdMob. By using Falakino, you consent to such data collection as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

PREMIUM SERVICES AND PAYMENTS

Users may subscribe to Basic, Premium, or Meteoric plans through in-app purchases. All consultation services require the purchase of coins through the app store, which can then be used within the app. All transactions are processed through the app store and are subject to their terms and conditions. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time.

COIN PURCHASES AND REFUND POLICY

All coin purchases made within Falakino are final and non-refundable. Once coins are purchased through the app store and credited to your account, they cannot be refunded, exchanged for cash, or transferred to other accounts. Users are responsible for understanding the value and usage of coins before making any purchases.

ASTROLOGER CONSULTATIONS

Falakino connects users with verified astrologers for paid consultations. Astrologers may send promotional consultation offers to influence users to purchase full services. All consultations are conducted through chat within the app. Users pay for consultations using coins purchased through the app store.

ACCOUNT DELETION

You have the option to delete your account permanently. Upon deletion, all associated data will be removed from our servers.

COMMUNICATIONS

Wagglor Solution LLC may send emails to announce new features or respond to feedback. Users can unsubscribe from these communications at any time.

PUSH NOTIFICATIONS

Users can opt-in to receive push notifications about planetary retrogrades, important astrological events, and consultation updates. You can manage your notification preferences in the app settings.

AGE RESTRICTION

Falakino is intended for users aged 13 and above.

ASTROLOGER SERVICES

Falakino provides access to consultations with verified astrologers. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from astrological readings or consultations. All astrological services are provided for entertainment and guidance purposes.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Wagglor Solution is not responsible for the content or accuracy of astrological readings provided by astrologers. We do not guarantee the accuracy of predictions or compatibility readings. Users understand that astrology is based on interpretation and personal belief.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content provided through Falakino, including but not limited to horoscopes, numerology readings, and app features, is the property of Wagglor Solution or our licensed partners.

CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of Falakino after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
